When You Connect For Free
Upon free connection to our service we will record and report the following:

• Alarm activations (Single or Multiple Device Alarms)
• Mains power failures.
• Low battery conditions.
• Panic / Fire and Medical Alarms.
• Tamper alarms and device faults.
• Weekly test report.

After the first 3 months of free alarm monitoring, monitoring fees are $7.70 per week for commercial properties and $6.60 per week for houses invoiced quarterly. (prices subject to change)

What If You Have An Alarm?
In the event of an alarm the police are asked to attend on multiple alarms with no restores, and on duress panic alarms.

The control room will contact key holders to attend any alarms, and if unable to contact any key holder (and with your previously granted permission) a security guard can be dispatched to inspect the perimeter of your property for any signs of forced entry.

If keys are supplied for the guard's use, he will enter the property and reset the alarm system.

What If Your Home Is Broken Into?
If a break-in has occurred the control room is notified and the guard can stay onsite until a key holder is contacted. If you are travelling please forward the name and contact numbers of a key holder for that period of time, to our office.

If you are away you can leave insurance details with us in case there is a need to contact your insurance company (eg. storm damage sets alarm off while you are away). We can also arrange repairs to doors or glass in the event you are away.
